No offense dude, but there's very little you can see from those two pictures.

From the pictures it looks like you're sitting pretty far back and your torso is stretched out.  Might want to move the seat forward (and up a bit to compensate) to open up your hip angle.  Try to get your arms closer to a 900 angle to your torso.  You also seem to be sitting up pretty high; you could probably try lowering your bars to get your back flatter and be more aero.

I put my bike on the trainer and set up my camera to take a picture from the side. From there I imported into autoCAD to measure the angles. You could also just print out the picture and a ruler and protractor. From there I just adjusted until I got reasonably close to what is recommended. I have the saddle a little lower than recommended so my leg angle is lower. It just feels better to me this way. In the end I was able to greatly improve my fit, have a lower overall profile and back soreness is gone.

Although that may be true, you cannot make any determinations based on those two photos.  A photo at the top tube level taken from the side would be best.  One from head on would be a plus.  No advice given using those two pictures should be taken as good advice at all.

Gee, thanks for telling me how worthless my advice is.  I'll make a note of that so I don't waste anyone's time in the future.
