very happy with navigating, probably could have pushed a tad more but when i do that it seems to slow me down

know the course better, got thrown off by the return to shore after the final out and back

great first loop-felt awesome at the turnaround

2nd loop was feeling nauseated and mentality; 1st aid staition was out of water just as I took a GU

aid stations seemed further apart than 1 mile

on my 2nd loop one was out of water and one was out of cups--they did fix this during the race

1st in AG and 4th over all NICE WORK!!!!  What did you think of the event?  Looks like a sub 12 hour IM is in the cards for you.  All your times look awesome.  I see that you were wanting an 8:20 half but you were not far of that time.  Without the heat I am sure you would have gone under that.  It looks like you will have plenty of heat to train in between now and your IM.  Congrats again!
