So, looking to return home early October.

I may try to race the Beach 2 Battleship Half.

Any other good tri's, in the area, that late in the season? Prefer oly and/or halfs, but will totally rock a sprint or two.

Thanks!

Can't forget the Douglasville LCT- reverse with a trail run.  The d00d still owes me a payback on that one.

White Lake is a late season too but I think that's early October.

B2B half sold out mid summer last year.

Atlantic Coast Triathlon (HIM) and Ameliaman (Oly) are on October 16 at Amelia Island.  The size and feel is more like Rock-n-Roll Half than B2B, but it's at the beach.  At the beach is always better than not at the beach.

The weather is generally 80's to lo 90's and the beach/water are beautiful.

btw, you coming home early is the best news I've heard in a long time.

Atlantic Coast Half/Ameliaman (Oly and Half) on October 16

Rev3 Anderson SC (Oly and Half) on October 9

South Carolina Half on October 1

Atlantic Coast is on Fernandina Beach and is beautiful.  Flat bike on Kiawah Island and then a run through the park located adjacent to the beach.

Rev3 Anderson is a new race, but Rev3 Knoxville was awesome so I would expect a similar event.  They have not yet posted the bike course yet.

SC Half is a solid race.  Set-Up puts on a quality event and I really enjoyed the whole "small town" feel.

It is posted and they have a video of the course which is nice.

a lot of us are doing the rev3 anderson. all3sports.com may be able to help with a slot given their sponsorship of the series. either way, id love to race the d00d, and give you a shot to earn some $ for a charity via a friendly wager.

of course there is the American TTT-NC a week later, which i am doing too! That looks phenomenal.
