Comments: Course was very hilly with lots of turns was not impressed with the course. What would you do differently?: Took a few 3x sodium shot blocks and seems to dry me out. Skipped one water station because they kept yelling that it was powerade. Found out later that all stations had both water and powerade. Post race

Ate a bowl of oatmeal and drank a small cup of black coffee. 30 minutes before race ate 3 blocks of shot blocks with caffeine.
