Does anyone have a map of the olympic course? The map on 3d website is for the sprint.

How about 8am at the library. Now you don't have to rush to much Joe!

Love to see people on the course.  There was some road work done on Columbiaville Rd.  Joe, I think you were the one that told me.  I think it will be fine for race day, but I would like anyones opinion of that section from North Lake road to the reservoir on Columbiaville Rd.

All course maps can be found here... http://donatelifetriathlon.com/TFLTriathlon.aspx

Rode the Oly bike course this morning with Jason and Joe and it is very honest and look forward to the race next week. Surface of the roads is definatly much better than some others I have ridden on. However, on the run course I don't recommend the mints in the bathroom and the apples along the trail.

Just wanted to say MIKEWOODS and I did the Olympic last year and are tentatively planning to do the race again this year...maybe the sprint though, depending on how much training gets done in the next few weeks.

It was a fun race.  I hated the run though.  Torture for me is running on a straight, flat, boring rail-trail.  Blah.

Are you guys coming this year? It would be great seeing you!

Looks like no wetsuits will be used Sunday! Water temp 78* already and going to get warmer. I was suprised by that number considering how deep the lake is.

Honestly, I was a little surprised myself.   The lake temps came from the Otter Lake park officials.  So I am not sure that they measure the temps the same as 3 Disciplines.  So they may be off a bit.  78 is still pretty warm.

Not to worry, my vacation starts Friday morning.  So Friday around 9 or so the cold and rain front will move in!
