I believe it is a place where you can water ski without a boat

Ah..it looks like it's time for Jack's Generic. I'll be there...I think. I mean I signed up for it but I'm a bit sore from last Sunday's Darnd'st Du. I thought I took it easy with all that running but my legs are sore. Well maybe I can "take it easy" in this one and use it as training for Splash.

yeah sure...we can designate a bike rack as the BT rack. Well I planned on being there early. Not sure what time transition opens but I'll be there just before it does.

I may be skipping this one guys....decision will be made today.  Including Jacks, I've got four races in the next 6 weeks, and three of them require travel of at least 5 hours....it just may be too expensive to justify right now given gas prices, etc., so I am thinking of skipping at least one and donating money to the Red Cross instead

Yeah looks like you already had your share of driving this summer alone. We'll see you at Splash then.

To everyone else, I'll be looking forward to meeting you all. My girl and I will be there early. Hopefully early enough to get a good spot in transistion. BTW, I'm number 69!

Hey Courtney,

I PMed a couple questions to you about the race.  One I forgot to ask...are transition spots assigned, or first come-first served??

I'm #73. Transition opens at 6:15, which is pretty much when I'm planning on getting there. I think racks will be assigned by age group, although at the Rookie Tri they held in the spring, it was wide open.
