Nothing, I was faster and smoother than any other transition, I will continue to practice them.

Bike and half T2 time roled together. At the turn around locked up the back brake on a wet spot and skid at the turn around. Best bike I have had to date. 5 min drop over last year.
What would you do differently?:

A little more control at the turn around.

What would you do differently?:

Find a few hills and run them, these where not my strong point so I can definatly improve here.

Warm down:

Had my daughter doing her first half sprint right after so I hurried to see her. I did get to run the run section with her, lots of pictures and I think she is hooked!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Time in the water and weak calves for the final sprint to the line.

Event comments:

This is a charity event and its an environment where they really care about you and there cause. It makes even out-of-towners feel like friends and very supported.
