For this one, I wore my HRM and my GPS in order to provide me with proper pacing information. Last week at the Longmont tri, I had neither and I had a very slow run - 8:44 min/mile. Having proper feed back gave me 7:37 min/mile and about 3.5 minutes faster.

Very well organized despite starting quite late. The venue was very good, too. Lots of room, good road conditions. I would definitely do this one again.
