Comments:

started off at what felt a conservative pace but as i got half way through it was a very concerted effort. was very gassy, uncomfortable but didn't slow me down. happy that it didn't rain this year. overall i like a flat fast course.
What would you do differently?:

try and not be as gassy

nothing, gas maybe but didnt affect legs

Event comments:

as always a solid but kind of boring race, the big loop gets to me. happy with my performance and consistent pace for a solid PR. looking forward to another PR next Monday
