Subject: White Pond in Carmel?
Any groups forming to swim at white pond in Carmel?  I am looking to get in some OWS and would prefer to swim with a group or at least another person.  PM me if anyone is interested in swimming next Saturday or Sunday.

Have swum twice there in the last 2 weeks. Not ona steady schedule with the crew I swim with there.

We have all different schedules and hook up when things align. nice lake though. swim stright out to the left to the rocky outcrop. I figure its a bit over half a mile each way

If you have a facebook page, we have a group set up called "whitepond swimming hub".  It consists of about 10-13 local triathletes that go there and swim often.  The group leaders name is Mark Guay who is a very nice guy as well as an excellent tri coach.  He posts great swim workouts on facebook.  Send an invite to the group if you have a facebook page.  I live in lagrangeville and will most likely be swimming there sunday morning..

This is a great place to swim. The Westchester Cycle Club has a tri group. You can find some people in there. PM me if you want to do a swim .. I need some OWS time ..

Swam there Sunday. Water was gorgeous. Clear as ever. Proximity to rte 301 encourages great swim bike bricks.
