Pre-race routine:

Had half a bagel at home before we left and a banana on the way. Had a serving of sports beans about 10 minutes before the start.

No real warmup, just sat up transition and put on my wetsuit.

This is an easy course, because sighting is so easy. Just breath to the right and follow the buoy line the entire way.

This was my first race in a new wetsuit that got stuck on my feet. I have practiced a few times and was afraid this would happen. Not sure what the fix is.

What limited your ability to perform faster:
