Goooood morning!!!

5:30am:  Insanity Upper Body
8:00am:  Will be heading out for at least 2 hours on the mountain bike.

Rest of the day includes a BBQ at the park for a former student/runner who is leaving for boot camp and then a pool party tonight.  Would it be in bad taste to hit the lap lanes instead of socializing?  J/K...I'm not missing cake and ice cream!

Lots of racers this weekend...gooooood luck!!!

Just biked home from the Philly Sprint Triathlon. Really could not have been a nicer day or more well-organized event. My hats off the the organizers and race officials. Water temperature at 6:30am was 77 so it was wetsuit-legal. Great day to race!

3 mile hard run with my son this morning at 8000 ft. Elevation here at Yellowstone. Holy smokes did that suck. We were both sucking wind really bad. Will be doing a lot of hiking today and will try to get a long slower run in this evening.

Something new (as far as I can recall, anyhow):  Run-swim-run workout.  1 hour (7 mile) run to pool.  1.5 mile-plus continuous pool swim.  Same route 1 hour/7 mile run home.

Started the day at the bike shop.  Came home and installed a new cassette on my new rear wheel and new tire and tube.  Now it's all set for the next race.  Put on an Adamo racing saddle that I brought home to try and went for a half hour ride.  It really feels quite different and I didn't want to do too much on it too soon.   I adjusted the seat a little up, a little back and tilted the nose down a bit.  Adamo Seat Test #2 will be tomorrow.
