Comments:

had a hard time sighting going back. Had to clear goggles. course wasn't clear and followed buoys near swim cove so probably did extra distance.
swim felt pretty good, but could have been better if I had been more sure of course.
final leg with siginicant chop and against current was hard, didn't feel like I was making any progress towards final buoys.
What would you do differently?:

once again, use the defogging stuff. Know the course better. In this case, needed to ignore all buoys except the three or four that they were using.

not timed, just extra run. hilly so had to walk some both going down (knees) and up (hill fitness).
What would you do differently?:

not much. It was mostly just for training. Need to do some hill work.
Stop hitting stop instead of lap on Garmin!!!

a few more or different colored buoys would be good. White is hard to sight.
