Ran 0.6 miles with some strides at my goal pace. Tried to time it so I didn't have to stand around after my warmup waiting for the start.

Comments:

Went out a little too hard at the start. I started towards the front of the field to minimize the amount of traffic on the course, but I still had to pass a lot of people. My goal was sub 8, so I am very happy with the result.
