Comments: Felt fairy well most of the way, probably could have gaven it quite a bit more that I did. I was actually quite worried because in the 2 weeks since cometing in Brockville I hadn't much of an opporotunity to train. What would you do differently?: Quicken the pace Transition 1
Comments: This was probably the worst thing I did all day and that was that I had lost my bike....lol. And I ended up wasting 2 min trying to find it. What would you do differently?: Remember where I put my bike Bike
Comments: My bike was absolutly pathetic, probably because with the lack of training since Brockville, where I suffered a nasty crash and wasn't able to fix my bike 2 days before the race. Overall I was hoping to be in the top 10 at least, but alas it wasn't be What would you do differently?: Don't crash my bike prior to the race. Transition 2
Comments: Got lost exiting tranzition wasted another 2-3 minutes, it was just such a cluttered mess and no one was there to point me in the right direction What would you do differently?: scout out the area before hand Run
Comments: Had an awful awful 5 k, again due to lack of training. It's really hard to explain I just had nothing left in the tank, just had to shuffle my way along. Once again very dissapointing What would you do differently?: Train more Post race
Warm down: Crossed the finish line then sat down on the beach with my Mom and stretched a little What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training Event comments: I'am definently more motivtated than ever to do my best and will be working my a$$ off in the coming weeks to improve my run, and be consistant on he bike Last updated: 2005-07-06 12:00 AM

Worked at Tim Hortons until 12:00 Am, went to bed and I was able to get 2 hours of sleep. Woke up at 3:00am, had a toasted bagel with peanut butter at guess where....Tim Hortons of course. Arrived, racked my bike, watched the ironman swim, stretched a little, went to the bathroom and off I went.
