I had a great swim. Waded out next to people who were swimming, rounded the first water break and put down the pedal for a good smooth easy swim.

Warm down:

Had a cold chocolate milk and some water. Than half of a sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich.

Event comments:

Bike racks were AWFUL... for this being the 25th time they have done this triathlon I would have expected it to be more polished! Multiple racks tipped over with bikes hanging on them... not stable and TOO HIGH... bikes were all swinging in the light breeze! Swim entry and exit are really shallow! They do not use USAT Age Up rule for Age Group placement. NCN Racing is due for an upgrade in their process! Not to mention all the non racers in the transition area!
