Subject: RE: FNG Thank you very much for the thoughts. Like I said I'm relatively new to all of this. With regard to my fitness/training regimen its usually as follows for a sprint and I usually do the workouts over a period of 14-20 days out without missing: 5k road - twice a week over even urban roads 6mile bike/ 2 mile run brick once a week maybe twice 10 x 50 meter pool sprints followed by 13 mile stationary bike on intermediate followed by 5k treadmill run once a week I usually do sprints (350swim in 7:15 or so) 12 mile bike in 38-39 minutes and 5k in about 30 minutes with transitions my time is usually around 1:20. I know its not impressive but I've got to start somewhere..... |
