Comments:

I had hoped to win this race. It was cooler than the previous 5k and I felt much better. However, the field was slightly faster and it wasn't to be. I really pushed myself the last 1.1 miles telling myslef over and over, run, run, run, push it, push it, push it. Cut 30 seconds off the same course 2 weeks ago.
