Checked the water temps at the Wanapum Dam, just a bit down river from the swim and its hitting about 61 degrees. Warm temps should help and no rain on the way.

I forgot to say another thing, make sure to bring flip flops or something to walk in from the transition area to the swim start, you walk across gravel and sand and dirt and bumpy pavement to the swim start. Its best if you can give somebody your sandals after you get in the water.

How 'bout that wind, eh?

That was, by far, the toughest bike ride I've ever ridden.
