Subject: Bike Rental
Does anyone know of a place in Virginia Beach or Northern Virginia that I could rent a tri-bike or a road bike for a weekend?  I am traveling and would like to do one long ride but don't want to be $200 to have my bike shipped back and forth from California.

I would try Bonzai http://tribonzai.com/or Cycle Life http://www.cyclelifeusa.com/. Not sure if they rent bikes but they are both in the NOVA area.

In Ashburn, VA, you can rent a road bike (2011 Trek 1.5C 9-speed) from Get Out & Go Tours, LLC, 571-572-BIKE(2453), [email protected], www.getoutandgo.biz/rentals.html.  Cost for road bikes:  $50/day, $75/2-days, $100/3-days, $150/wk.  Call for more information. (P.S.  Ashburn is about 150 miles from Virginia Beach, but just 7 miles from Washington-Dulles airport. --Tom

PERFECT!  This is exactly what I want.  My family lives in Fairfax, not too far and we can bring the bike down to VA Beach.  I will call them.  Thank you.
