Aaron,

Are you going to carry a flag at the Marine Corps Marathon?  I was a spectator at the race last year.  I was amazed to see a lot of flag carriers.  There were also firefighters in full respiratory gear.  Amazing.  Have a great race!

Great post, I am running 110 flights of stairs tommorrow in remebrance of my fellow firefighter who died 9/11. 343 brothers in one day, the money raised goes to a scholarship charity.
