Pre-race routine:

Participated in this race to help support my Dad. It was his very first tri as he prepares for IMAZ. I went through the motions having run only 14 miles in the last month while recovering from the SD 100. It was a good race to help clean out the pipes and kick off IMAZ training in earnest.
