Subject: Rex Wellness Sprint Triathlon : Official Thread

For any of you racing this race or thinking about it, I am leading a group this saturday 8/6 starting at 8AM on a ride through the bike course. I live in the neighborhood and know the roads well as wwell as having raced it last year. We will meet in the parking lot near Rex Wellness. The speed of the ride will depend on the people that show up. I plan to ride the route 2-3 times, with the first being the slowest to go over the course for others. After that I am trying to get some training miles in.

I'm a new BT member and I'm all signed up. UNC Wellness was my first and I'm hooked. I'm sure I won't recognize any NC BT folks this weekend, but I'm looking forward to posting and meeting other local BT members in the future...

Agreed. It was great meeting you as well. I also hope to see more NC BTers at future events. I'll post to the thread, but I'm 90% sure I going to sign up for the Washington Half IM to finish out the season.
