10 second intervals with person in front of you. Had to pass women in front of me on first lap.
What would you do differently?:

Swam more. Out of breath after exiting pool.

Was out of breath after swim. Took my time wiping feet off and getting shoes on to try and catch breath.

Need a lot more bike training. Also had problem shifting bike into lowest gear for hill climb.

Took a long time to pin # onto tri shorts. Would use body belt or put shirt on with # already attached.

More Training, especially bricks. Get a nice ironman watch to keep track of pace. Course only had mile 1 marked and I had a good amount left at the end of the race. Could of sped up.
