Warm down:

Got my stuff, ate some food and left. I was so frustrated with my performance.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Let's see. I did CapTex, then Sugarland Tri and I think I may have been on the bike twice, in the pool twice and ran twice all summer. Then I found out my brakes were rubbing the tires. Lesson learned; have bike checked before race. Or, at least,stop to check bike if exertion and speed don't match.
