Swim went really well - I could have went a lot faster, but I stuck with someone so that I could draft well and pace myself. Next time I think I will start out faster and hit it a bit harder

The hills were incredibly difficult. I had a lot of trouble and almost puked. The hills were so hard that I could barely pick up speed on the flats.
