Swim
Comments: Swim went really well - I could have went a lot faster, but I stuck with someone so that I could draft well and pace myself. Next time I think I will start out faster and hit it a bit harder What would you do differently?: Go out faster Transition 1
Bike
Comments: The hills were incredibly difficult. I had a lot of trouble and almost puked. The hills were so hard that I could barely pick up speed on the flats. What would you do differently?: Train for more hills Transition 2
Run
Comments: Run went pretty well - I had to walk quite a bit because my hydration was poor. What would you do differently?: Need to do more run training and lose weight Post race

Eat a bowl of cereal - practice on trainer - take a bath - go to starbucks - drink some green tea - stretched and did foam roller
Swam out and back for about 200 yards...did some light stretching
