great day for a run. Didnt push to hard. Hoping to break 20 minutes this year at a 5k race in 2 weeks. Kept the pace nice and easy. Fairly hilly course.

great volunteers. drink stations every half mile it seemed. a different band playing every 3/4 mile or so.
