Resources for selling a house

Hey guys,

Need some suggestions here. My parents, who live in South Florida (aka the worst housing market in the country right now) have their condo for sale. They just got divorced 2 days ago and really need to make a quick sale, since I think they will attack each other if they have to live one more day under the same roof.

I, being in PR/Marketing, have been trying to forward the information to as many people as I can, as well as posting it on Craigslist and LinkedIn. Aside from that, is there anything else you can think of that I can do? Any other websites or forums that I could post stuff on? They obviously have a realtor, and I know it's his job to do this kinda stuff, but I can't help but try to do as much as I can.

I actually had a pretty good idea I thought - my parents are including my dad's Hunter 30' sailboat in with the house - so I sent the listing to a bunch of sailing clubs up here in Boston. So, I'm kinda looking for any out of the box ideas, if you have 'em.
