Who's racing this weekend? (Page 2)

Ludington Lighthouse in Ludington, MI.  My second race this year.  First Olympic this year and second Olympic overall.  Looking to improve significantly across the board on last year's Oly performance.  The swim is in Lake Michigan and the water is measuring at 64-66 degrees.  Not exactly looking forward to that.

Going to be a chilly start! 

My 2nd Olympic distancs Tri Sunday.  Should be fun, six of my friends comprise two relay teams.  Both swimmers will crush me (they'r the two fastest in my masters swim group).   I can probably challenge them on the bike and run but with transitions it will be tough to finish before them.  But if I do, they are so buying me some beer!

Great Buckeye Challenge - Sprint.  Will be my 3rd tri.

1st: Sucked down the lake on the swim

2nd: made it to the run and crashed

3rd time is the Charm???

Lewisburg Area Recreation Authroity Sprint Triathlon.

This is my fourth tri in my first year, and only a pool swim, but it's a big deal for me, since planning for this one 8 months ago is what started my whole triathlon life. Who knew I'd jump into 3 others along the way, register for an Oly this fall, and set my sights on a 2012 HIM?

Have an Internation Distance try (whatever that is) this weekend in Lorain.  Will be swimming in lake Erie with all the sewage overflow from heavy rains this week.  Hopefully I don't see any floaters.

Not sure how many people are going to be in this event.  The entrant list looks pretty small.  Apparently Oly distance is the least fun from what I hear.
