Subject: Ankle pain I have been working on BRICKs the past couple of weeks and i am having shocking ankle pain when I transition from bike to run. The pain goes away after three or four minutes, but it is intense for those few minutes. I only run as training, so I don't know if this pain would occur without the bike segment. Anyone else have this issue or have suggestions for fixing this? I am running in asics 2150 shoes and am a definite pronator with a history of patella femoral disorder. Thanks in advance! |
