Arrived at the event early, about 7:45. Had plenty of time for everything.

Didn't feel that I had the endurance for the swim. I was on my back and doing side stroke at least half of the time. Overall very poor performance in the swimming event.
What would you do differently?:

Work on open water swims and endurance. Need to work of putting out less effort in my swimming.

Had a very hard time clicking in to my cleats. Need to either replace cleats or figure out why I have such a hard time. Did not jump on bike need to do that.

Practice removing wetsuit, use glide or pam.

Had little energy. Was not able to pick up pace. Had a side ach and some cramkping 500 yards from the finish, even walked at one point

Need to build up endurance for run. Need to learn to run at a faster pace.
