Off-season trainer workout

I'm trying to find a cycling specific winter maintenance plan that someone posted or posted a link to here over the off season.  Not a lot to go on but I remember it was pretty intense and a lot of people were raving about it.  Something about a donkey also jumps into my mind; not sure why.  Thanks in advance for any help.
