Made a couple of errors-meant to bring a gel to take right before start, but forgot.

Comments:

My goal was to break 30:00. I had never run a 5 mile race before and was really looking forward to it. I hoped to start out at a comfortable 6/mile pace and pick it up at the end if I could. I pretty much worked it exactly as planned. Not sure how I didn't break 30 though. Not sure if my garmin was off or the course was off.
