Swim
Comments: Felt a little sick bobing up and down at the start but found a nice spot in the second row. Off we went and the mele began. Tried to find some good feat to follow but never really could. The chop cause me to turn a little more to catch my breaths but not to big of a deal What would you do differently?: maybe stash some shoes for the run to t1 up about 400 spots from last year Transition 1
Comments: went pretty well lost my swim cap but no big deal Bike
Comments: had about the right effort and came off the bike in pretty good shape What would you do differently?: hoped for better but it is what it is still about about 100 spots from last year Transition 2
Comments: had 2 big issues here #1 got behind a guy was walking his bike back to the rack (I was running of course) #2 left my body glide in my running shoe. Took 15 seconds to figure out why my shoe whould no go on What would you do differently?: not put the body glide in the shoe Run
Comments: had a great first mile passing at will. at the start of mile 2 I caught up to a guy a new so spent about mile chating with him (to many HIM runs) before I relized I should kick it up and finish strong. Kick was a little weak but not to bad as I had no been practiceing them latley What would you do differently?: not chat on the run lost about 1 minute on that Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Really mad that I was only 1 minute away from a age group award and I lost 1 minute on the run and another 30 seconds in transition Last updated: 2011-08-29 12:00 AM

Got t1 way early and the place was very quiet. Sopted and a hamburger on the way in (white castle is my pre race treat)
talked to a lot of stangers tried to calm the nervious nellies down (which calms me down) Checked out the cool bikes and scouted the compitition (I always think I am going to come in last because everyone looks so fit)
