Ironman estimation chart

Master  1980     Waukesha, WI |  Subject: Ironman estimation chartCouldn't think of a catchy title for this post but I need to know.... Does anyone know of a website that allows you to put in your estimated goal times for each leg so it can output a chart for the common spectator to figure out where you might be on the course? I remember Michele gave us one last year and it showed approximately what time she would be at any point on the course. Anyone, anyone? |

this solves that thanks, but that's not what I am looking for. I am looking for a spreadsheet. I am too cheap to pay for this service....or IM has cleaned out my bank accounts |

this solves that thanks, but that's not what I am looking for. I am looking for a spreadsheet. I am too cheap to pay for this service....or IM has cleaned out my bank accounts I got's me one of my own creation...PM me with an email addy and I'll send it to you. It's pretty user-friendly and allows you to input bike speed and run pace and gives you elapsed times to various mile markers both on the bike and run course. It has a summary sheet at the bottom that gives "slow" "expected" and "best" cases. You do have to estimate your overall swim time. |
