Pretty good suit removal but got stuck on timing chip strap on left ankle. Jumped on bike and into shoes pretty well but could have been faster.
What would you do differently?:

Need to put body glide on shoes next time.

Started out good but felt pain in left groin/hamstring that bothered me. First 2.5 miles good but felt HR get high and took a 1 min. walk break there and 3 other times. Started getting hot. Had enough in tank for sprinting the last 500 yds.
