Breakfast: tea, muslei, soy yogurt, berries, toasted english muffin light butter and sale

short swim, note I had the chills before the race, could not get warm

Felt like I was really trying on the bike, it felt very tough on the return leg, not comfortable

I felt good on the run given how tough the course is, lots of hills and I was the last wave to go, so I was surrounded by slow runners and bad form. It was getting hotter by the minute, I did not drink much or take any ice/cold towel in lap one, but I did in lap 2 and I think that slowed me down, no coke by the time I was running at most aid stations
What would you do differently?:

not stop for ice/cold towels

dip in the lake and good food

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the bike
note I felt very clam before this race, the most calm of any race I have done
