Subject: FROZEN MAN
Another summer has ended , but ready to roll out a date for the annual Frozen Man


October 23rd - Sunday


It is a group event -

   Swim 10 mins -
   Transition with BEER -    
   Bike 20 miles - together until last 2 miles we sprint home
   Transition with BEER again 
   Run about 2.5 miles together half way and then run it home

     


Let me know who might be interested - it only takes two to start and only ONE woman has ever finished

I will be in Florida the next weekend - we could always move into November?  Now that should be cold!

something came up for Oct 23, we might need to push into November, not sure yet.  Might be able to keep the 23rd but need a earlier AM start

UUUUGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!

 

My son has reconciliation on Sunday morning.  I think I would be sleeping on the couch if I have Frozen Man this year.  Maybe a November date will work.  Let me know for Sundays before Thanksgiving.  at worst we can have a Du-Drink.  Ride for the final blessing and then a beer mile!
