Swim
Comments: Very good swim for me. I felt comfortable, got into a rhythm and moved quickly. Very happy with my performance. What would you do differently?: Not a thing really, I am very satisfied. Transition 1
Comments: Wetsuit strippers helped alot. Took wayyyy too much time. Dropped stuff out of the jersey, arm warmers took forever to get on, packing the bag took a while. What would you do differently?: Wear a tri top, have nutrition packed on the bike, do arm warmers after I start riding Bike
Comments: Didn't feel good for the beginning. Stomach was acting up, had to stop A LOT and for a long time at each aid station. Cost me probably about 15 minutes in total, if not more. What would you do differently?: Pack less nutrition, different nutrition, focus on salty foods moreso than sweets. Transition 2
Comments: Good, quick transition. Changed and out quickly. What would you do differently?: Not bring as much nutrition, wear a tri top. Run
Comments: Passed a lot of people in the run. Should have run at a faster pace for the second lap, once I got up to a better speed (closer to my training pace, everything felt better) What would you do differently?: Take first lap slow, then increase pace. Take on more nutrition, but more spread out to avoid cramping, wear a tri top! Post race
