Just found this the other day...

Professional Road Cycling (chickasmith's Channel) He has entire tours from the past 25 years (plus lots of other stuff) he is converting from tape to digital. Click on the "Playlists" tab for an easier way to find stuff. Clips are long....20-40 minutes and quality is really pretty good....considering. You gotta check it out...especially for upcoming indoor trainer season for those of us snow-bound northerners.

Very cool, It's hard to find a lot of the older stuff.  You can buy some into the 90's but not much before that.

This is awesome - thanks! Just watched the '89 TDF final stage and a stage from '86 with Hinault and Lemond. I know I'll be spending a bit of time on there watching these old races.
