What would you do differently?:

Run more, train more

Warm down:

Walked around and stood in line to get my shirt..they ran out and have to mail it to me.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Limited training, weight,mine. I'm working on it

Event comments:

Getting registerd was kindof a mess. I pre-registered and they didn't have it. So I didn't get a shirt. They ran out, but said they will get everyone a shirt soon. Other than that they did allright. This ia a big race in a small venue. With all the local school track and cross country teams running it gets a bit congested. But I do like it
