The usual. Got there on time, registered, bathroom.
Event warmup:

About 3/4 of a mile w/up. A few short pickups.

Comments:

Was humid. Did not go out too fast, stayed behind Mike Baard this time! Decent 1st mile, OK w/ 2nd. But 3rd was slowing down.
What would you do differently?:

Not much in the actual race, just need to run more.
Post race
Warm down:

None. Had to sit down, was a little dizzy and nauseous after the race, but felt better after a few minutes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the training. Need to run more. Although have been having a case of the dead legs for a few weeks.

Event comments:

Good race, good Health Fair afterwards.
