Does any one know where a good place to rent a wetsuit in the Houston area is?  I will need one for the oilman in Nov.  Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure Bike Barn rents them.  Tri on the Run has a place on their website for it as well but no info.  May want to call them.

Triontherun rents them for $50 for 5 days I think. Don't think it's on the website but here it is for contact info... http://www.site.triontherun.com/

Don't rule out wetsuitrental.com you have to plan out a bit more, but they have great reviews on shipping them and then shipping them back to swap sizes if needed.

You may have considered this and dismissed it, but you can buy an excellent sleeveless wetsuit from xterra.com (their Vortex 3) which is nearly always on sale using the "BT" discount code for right around $150.  Right now they're $169, but I think I snagged mine when they were down around $130.  Regardless, using it 4 times pays for itself relative to a rental.

Something to consider, good luck at the race!

Cheers,

Eric

Yes, we rent wetsuits. We'll be at the Oilman expo as well. People are reserving them fast though, so you might want to get one lined up asap, whether with us or the other stores.

And, Clemson football IS NOT OVERATED!! Ok, well...they might be. We will find out this weekend.
