I've had bikes with kickstands and they'd still fall over. So I don't miss having one on my road bikes.

Baskets you ask?

There is a group of girls and guys making the most beautiful hand made wicker bike baskets. One has a custom made pillow in it and a little wire cage over the top for taking a cat or small dog on a bike ride. These are from last year's Interbike. They were beautiful:

thanks for the serious and not so serious answers. glad to give you all a good laugh. I get that they're not done on a race bike--but I spent enough on this bike that I don't want it to fall over as I stumble around all the sh---stuff in my shop.  just simply not enough space for all my other grear.  low ceiling  prohibit hanging inside, and wall sapce is at premium.  I'm propped against my tool box right now blocking the door to the garage bay (barely 1 car that currently holds a 34 ford pickup).  I'm lucky to get all my tools in the other side right now.  just looking for options, and i too was concerned about hanging by the rim.  is this ok? anybody actually used the topeak deal?
