I'll be one of the 6 I think wearing a Team FeXY kit. Probably the last one.

I haven't decided if I"m putting my banana costume in run special needs. I really want to run through the chute in it, but don't want to have it thrown out if I don't.  When I saw the guy in LP wearing the crown, cape, and doing heel clicks, I had to out do him.

I love costumes - is this a full body banana? What/how/why? I love it no matter what your responses are

I loved looking for Lisa(Glenda the Good Witch) at IMKS 70.3 in her costume. I always appreciate a good costume. I think to many people forget to have fun at these races. Costumes are a great reminder to enjoy the day an that We are there to have fun.

My costume is already planned. I will look like a slow race walker lol

I'll be the lady wearing the birthday party hat running thru the shoot..........39th b-day on Sunday. What a way to ring in another year!! It's not exactly a costume but it should be fun anyway.

Stoked to confirm we are getting backpacks.  I got one for LP and they are pretty-nice.  I sold my LP one though on eBay so I'm very happy to be getting another one

What only the Backpack. Not that I would have looked good in the pink shorts but hey you take what you can get.

I would much prefer a horseshoe medal.  Apparently all IMs are going cookie cutter and are doing a standard type medal and race shirt, with just the race names changed.

I am going to use a 2XU comp trisuit for the first time in Louisville.  I have used it in practice and like it.  its Lycra with the ice x which is supposed to keep you cooler.  anyone have any experience with it?

Thanks

That's the funnest, coolest triathlon humor I've ever seen.  And so damn true.  Loved the 'How are you doing this old man.  You're beating my brother.'

I didn't do IMNCY, but somehow they got a picture of me

This race is becoming an adventure on its own. Leg one of travel completed, Puerto Rico to Tampa, Fl. Escaped the storm right before flights began to get cancelled and I'm now getting all the gear packed to begin the second leg, driving from Tampa to Louisville at 0300. I'm lucky that my command allowed me to depart to attend the race despite the current operational situation with the storm. Thank you everyone for all the tips and friendly advise. Anyone driving from FL?
