Off season training Program.......recommedations?

As my season has ended and now focusing for the off season, can anyone reccomend any off season programs focusing on run and/or bike.....Im shooting to run a 1/2 or full marathon in May.....so if you have any good running programs that would also be helpful as well...Thanks
