never thought about getting a benifit on the swim based on whether the tide is moving in or out.

Jacobs could be very dangerous this year.  Mens race could be another good one this year.

crowies 1:11 in vegas is soul crushing though to most of these guys.  destroyer of dreams and hungry for his 3rd.

I want to see who goes off the front on the bike.  There's a couple of 2:4x low guys out there so they'll have to be marking those moves.  What do you guys think?

So many things to look forward to on the bike.  Love to see Jacobs up there, interested to see was Lieto does, and if others will take the Macca approach from last year and try to drop Crowie as far back as they can.

How far on the bike does Potts get before he gets gobbled up?

What will Ralert do?  Improve again or did last year beat him down a bit?

You're an hour ahead of me I think, I'm up too, but then again I slept for nearly 19 hours today

Saw the pros start ... looks like one of the surfboards got out of the way just in time! also I wonder who the guy who pulled out front was (on the right) ... not sure if he stayed there, but he did move left quickly.

Hope your feeling okay.  No idea who that guy was but your right he did move left pretty fast.

Raelert with a gash on his eye.  Wonder how bad it is.

Check the power data:  http://srmlive.de/

Thoseguys are bringing the heat!

I like Matt Lieto.  Good announcing.  I have to go somewhere but hopefully get to watch later more.

The SRM tab is very cool.  Looking at watts, cadence, and mph is pretty sweet.

Happens to me too. The coverage is pretty good though, so I cant complain.

Lieto will be leading the bike in short order unless he is going to try to save something for the run this year.

Lieto (I believe) just said: it's kinda funny to see people going out of swim NOW, meaning on age groupers...I wonder what's funny about not being a professional.
