Comments: Felt great throughout the race, had to keep weaving in and out of "Traffic", but it was a good run, probably could have run faster given more training and less body weight. What would you do differently?: A bit more training and less body weight  Post race
Warm down: Walk around to get my finisher medal and head to the meet up point What limited your ability to perform faster: Body weight Event comments: Would do this again, but would stay in Pentagon City instead so you can walk to the race and back and not rely on the Metro Last updated: 2011-08-10 12:00 AM

Ride the Metro with about 30000 people to get two stops to the Pentagon, egads! Had a little HEED / Mio mix and two handfuls of trailmix and some water
Walk really fast / jog to the portapots. Had to jog fast to my corral to start the race, so about .9 miles of warm up.
