I am moving to Long Island in the next three months  I will be traveling to Manhatten a couple of times a month.  But mostly working around Nassau County.  I love to do triathlons and cycle.  Where should I start looking so that I am in a good area for cycling.  I will be renting.  It will just be my wife and I.  My rental budget will be around $3500 a month.   Can someone who lives on the Island point me to a good starting point.   Are there any good triathlon clubs or cycling clubs in this area?
