Comments:

Learned lesson from AGNC Race. Deliberately held back so as not to go out to fast and die at the end. First 200 meters was controlled and I was in 3rd place drafting off the 2nd place guy. About 800 meters I moved into 2nd and came out of the water in 2nd. Longer strokes and better breathing and better self talk

Continue to struggle with T1. Felt aweful running out of water. Heart racing, no legs, out of breath. Light-headed bending over to get out of wetsuit and put socks on. First time rubber-banding shoes to bike. Ran well, mounted well, terrible getting into shoes. Crashed into barricade!
What would you do differently?:

Ride farther and faster before getting into shoes.

started out good...just wont push myself beyond running as fast as I can "comfortably"...felt decent and finished good, but didn't "hurt" myself.
